What’s The Penis Made Of?
The primary component of the penis is two cylindrical sponge like
vascular tissues which are know as the corpus cavernosa. This is the
area of the penis that fills with blood and creates what we know as
an erection. The corpus cavernosa expands during sexual stimulation
and stays this way until ejaculation or until the male is no longer
stimulated. When this occurs, the valves that have kept the blood in
the corpus cavernosa open and the blood is released. 
There is a third cylinder in the penis which is known as the
urethra. This is the tube that carries urine. This tube is also used
for ejaculation.
The head of the penis is known as the glans. In uncircumcised men
this is usually covered by foreskin or prepuce. The glans is
extremely sensitive.
The epididymis is the structure that lies on and around each of
the testicles. It’s main function is transportation, storage, and
maturation of sperm cells which come from the testicles.
The Vas Deferens is the tubes that carry sperm to the prostate
where it is then activated prior to ejaculation.
The testicles or testes are where sperm is produced. It takes
approximately two months to produce sperm but as this is a
continuous process the average male will produce several hundred
million sperm each day. The testes also contain the cells that
secrete testosterone.
The scrotum is the sac that hangs outside the body and houses the
testes.
The corona sometimes referred to as the crown is a ridge of flesh
where the head of the penis is joined to the penis shaft. The
frenulum is a thin strip of flesh that is found on the underside of
the penis where the shaft connects to the head.
The Cjaculatory Ducts are the pathway on which semen travels
during ejaculation. The Cowpers Glands are where the pre-ejaculation
fluid comes from and this is to neutralize any acid that may be
present in the urethra and to ensure that the ejaculated sperm is
not harmed.
As you can see, your penis is made up of a lot more that you
thought. It not as simple as one 2 three. This us
